Piper Sonoma Cuvée Platinum is made in the Traditional Method used in Champagne with the second fermentation taking place inside the bottle. Aged on lees for 16 months and blended with 20% reserve wines, this fresh and vibrant sparkling wine pairs marvelously with salmon tartare, sashimi or fried chicken.

The fruit is harvested by hand in small containers and whole clusters are pressed to bring out pure aromas and flavors. The cool climate of the Russian River Valley allows for the perfect balance of fruit, delicate body, crisp acidity and a lingering, elegant finish.

Piper Sonoma Cuvée Platinum, consisting of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir Reserve wines, has a pale straw color, refined bubble and aromas of apple, pear and some pineapple.
