Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs, consisting of 95% Chardonay and 5% Pinot Noir reserve wines, has a pale straw color, tiny bubbles and aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers.

The cool climate of the Russian River Valley allows for the perfect balance of fruit, delicate body, crisp acidity and a lingering, elegant finish. The fruit is harvested by hand in small containers and whole clusters are pressed to bring out pure aromas and flavors.

Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs is made in the Traditional Method used in Champagne with the second fermentation taking place inside the bottle. Aged on lees for 16 months and then blended with 20-25% reserve wines, this fresh and vibrant sparkling wine pairs marvelously with spring rolls, fried calamari or scallops.
